Much loved Dad of Daniel, beloved Son of June and the late Ian, loving Brother of Jane, Katherine and Kevin, dear Brother-in-Law, he will be sadly missed by his Niece Kalifa, his Nephews; Nathan, Euan, Orry & Morgan, and all family and many friends. A Celebration of Neal’s life will take place at Ballasalla Village Hall, Monday 9th February 2026 at 1pm, followed by private family burial.
