JEAN PAMELA PLATT
Jean’s family would like to thank the
many friends and relatives who sent cards,
messages and expressions of sympathy and
support, and attended her ‘Leaving Do’ on
September 13th 2024.
It was a joy to see you all there. The get
together at the Talk of the Town was a time
of friendship and happy memories of a
unique person.
We (again) raised a glass to our Island life
and counted our blessings – Mum would
have been delighted.
Thank you to Simon and both Alans at
David Lancaster Funeral Directors for the
calm and caring way arrangements were
made and for facilitating our Mum’s way of
doing things.
Thanks to Alexander Nurseries for the
beautiful flowers that decorated Jean’s
casket and thank you to Andy and Emma
at the Talk of the Town for looking after us
so well.
