Thank you so much to everyone who shared in Mum’s funeral on Wednesday 6th August. To all those who packed out the cathedral, or joined us at the golf club, viewed on the livestream or watched it back afterwards, messaged or emailed us and sent cards. We’ve all been truly overwhelmed by the love shown for Mum and the support for us. A truly special lady was given the send off she deserved and that was all thanks to; Rev Margaret Burrows at the Cathedral, the bell ringers, organist, Karen Elliott and all the ladies of ’Mraane anys Arrane’, Elaine’s Flowers, the team at Peel Golf Club and Alan at David Lancaster Funeral Directors Limited. We are indebted to you all. Your presence and compassion have brought us comfort and reminded us how deeply Mum touched the lives of those around her.
